APS Members in Good Standing will be called upon to exercise their voting rights for the Members Annual General Assembly.
The national consultation starts Monday, November 1, 2021, through Sunday, November 7, inclusive.
This year, there are two items on the ballot: 1 – the renewal of the external auditors Désormeaux, Patenaude Inc.’s mandate; 2 – The Amendment of the By-Laws to give the National Executive Committee sole responsibility to choose the accounting firm for the Financial Statements. – Refer to the article: – Why Vote YES to Abolish a National Consultation?
Big Pulse, the company mandated to organize the electronic vote will be contacting the voting members to invite them to participate. The language choice is visible below the APS logo.
Members will be reached via their e-mail addresses. APS appeals to its members to be on the lookout for the invitation to participate in the voting procedure.
On Wednesday, November 17, 2021, the results will be disclosed at the APS virtual Members Annual General Assembly.
To attend the APS virtual National Council Meeting and the Members Annual General Assembly on November 16 and 17, 2021, please register as per the specified requirements.
