The National Council Meeting will be held virtually in Montreal on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, from 1h00 pm to 5h00 pm. This meeting will be open to all, whether or not you are a member in good standing (voting).
Wednesday, November 20, 2024 will be devoted to the Annual General Meeting of members, to be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
You’ll need to be a member in good standing (voting) to attend this meeting, as votes will be taken to amend the by-laws and regulations.
To become a member in good standing, please complete the Registration Form.
A ZOOM invitation will be sent to you in due course to enable you to take part in the National Council. An invitation ZOOM will also be sent to members in good standing to join the Annual General Meeting.
Following these meetings, the National Executive Committee will meet from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
