CBC/Radio-Canada and the Association of Professionals and Supervisors (APS) are pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has recently been achieved, following productive negotiations. It comes just before the expiry of the current contract.
If accepted by APS-affiliated employees, the new collective agreement will be in effect for a period of three years, from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2025. This agreement reflects the desire of the parties to maintain harmonious Labor Relations while contributing significantly to the Public Broadcaster’s mandate.
A General Assembly will be convened shortly so that the employees concerned can, in turn, be informed of the content and vote on its acceptance.
Further developments will be shared following this meeting.
